A Study in Human Behavior - How Locals React to Tragic Events

Whenever there is a tragic event, like the one that took place in Sandy Hook, what do the local people do?

Why, they go down to the Fire Department.

And what do they do there?

They walk around to the front of the building, go inside, come out the back door, circle around to the front of the building, come out the back door, circle around to the front, go inside, etc etc etc.

It's perfectly normal behavior.

Let's watch.

What I find disturbing is that so many people are willing to take a part in this farce.

Who are they? All government agents? Families of government agents? Civil servants? A bunch of directionless idiots?

And above all, who told them to play out this scene?
