According to veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker’s source, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels’ presence at the 2012 Bilderberg Group meeting indicates that he is the elite’s choice pick to become Mitt Romney’s running mate.

According to the source, Bilderberg members are eager to dissuade the Romney camp from choosing Kentucky Senator Rand Paul as VP, fearing that Paul’s constitutionalist stance will act to derail the agenda for increased centralization of power into a system of global governance.

Daniels on the other hand is seen as a safe pair of hands, having been elected to his second term of Governor by a record margin of 18 points. Former Senior Vice President of Eli Lilly and Company, Daniels worked on a public relations campaign to downplay the side-effects of Prozac, helping the company’s profits soar during the mid to late 90′s.

Daniels was rumored to be considering a run for President himself before deciding against it. While publicly endorsing Romney, he has distanced himself from talk of a VP slot but so have all the other candidates.

The race to become Romney’s running mate now appears to be a straight shoot out between Daniels and Marco Rubio, who has also impressed elitists with recent appearances at influential internationalist confabs.

Rubio recently addressed the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg’s sister organization, with a foreign policy speech in New York.

Rubio has repeatedly given speeches advocating military assaults on both Syria and Iran. Given the fact that Syrian National Transitional Council head Bassma Kodmani was present at this weekend’s Bilderberg meeting in Chantilly, Rubio’s views on foreign policy are directly in vogue with Bilderberg power brokers.

As we reported back in April, a story by veteran Washington Post columnist Al Kamen explained how Rubio was looking to “boost his foreign-policy chops” by following around the likes of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to international summits as a means of building his internationalist credibility.

Kamen more than subtly suggested that Rubio could be a favorite of the Bilderberg Group, which he described as “uber-secret global power brokers”, a collection of financiers, politicians, CEOs, academia and media bigwigs, who routinely have an influence on the U.S. presidential election, picking Barack Obama’s VP in 2008 and John Kerry’s running mate in 2004.

Current betting odds show that Rubio is second favorite at 7/2 to become Romney’s running mate behind junior United States Senator from Ohio Rob Portman. Mitch Daniels is further down the list at 16/1 along with Rand Paul.

According to a Reuters report yesterday, Romney could pick his running mate earlier than usual, with the decision expected a few weeks before the Republican National Convention in August.
