Junior's Farm

Does anybody know what these lyrics mean?
I have an idea but I'd like to know what you think.

At the houses of Parliament
Everybody's talking bout the president
We all chipped in for a bag of cement

If anyone knows what the following verse means, please let me know (Juniors Farm)

At the Houses of Parliament
Ev'rybody's talking 'bout the President
We all chip in for a bag of cement
Ollie Hardy should have had more sense
He bought a gee-gee and he jumped the fence
All for the sake of a couple of pence

song was written in '74, during impeachment against Nixon. Cement alludes to sinking the presidency.

the last half refers to Oliver Hardy, the genius comedian and a skit where he bought a mini horse for jumping

Sounds reasonable to me.

That bit about the bag of cement was to make Tricky Dicky some galoshes...Would work for Bush and Obama, too!
We could push 'em off into the Potomac & see if shit really floats (science project).
