i've listened to a few george noory shows on haarp but my main fear is all the toxins in our bodies and the soaring cancer rates around waste sites and chemical plants etc.
I think the crazy weather lately is man made but I don't know if I can put the entire blame on the US government. Have a good weekend, texlahoma.
Billy - Yeah, there are plenty of things to worry about now days. When the most powerful people on the planet view the general public as bugs in their box of cereal, it's time to be worried.
Mr. Shife - Mother Nature can deal out some crazy weather on her own, no doubt. The U.S. government certainly isn't the only entity screwing with the weather. It's so sad to me when technology is used as a weapon when, if different people were in charge, it could be used to make our planet a virtual Eden. No drought, no floods, etc.
The Establishment is all about control.
What can't be controlled must be neutralized.
They already have all the money, now they want all the power, too!
After a lot of research:
Transmitting large amounts of RF power into the upper atmosphere will accomplish - or cause - quite a few changes.
Depending on the transmitted frequency, differing elements in the atmosphere will absorb this RF energy and heat up, just like in a microwave oven.
This concentrated mass of RF energized and heated atmosphere will naturally rise, causing cooler air to rush in. What you then have is a man-made high pressure area that will, without a shadow of doubt, change the weather down line.
What then happens depends on several factors, but the main point of all this is to alter the path of the jet stream, which will dramatically change the weather far and wide.
Introduce the right mix of power and frequency at just the right time and spot, and you can cause massive change in the weather. The results are many orders of magnitude larger than the effort required to trigger the change.
No doubt the researchers, scientists, politicians, etc., doing all this fiddling around are learning how to make the most change with their little toy, and we are starting to see the results.
Scary stuff, if mishandled.
