Sonic weapons. In November 2005, the cruise ship Seabourn Spirit in the western Indian Ocean fended off pirate speedboats, partly by blasting them with an long range acoustic device (LRAD), which is designed to cause painful level of sound up to 300 meters away.
When I'm tryin to get some sleep and a car goes by thumpin and bumpin or whatever they're calling it now days, I would absolutely LOVE to have a long range acoustic device.
Talk about a taste of your own medicine!

i'd like an old fashioned bazooka..
A bazooka would attract a little more attention than I desire at this point, but, A guy bleeding from the ears would also attract attention.
i'd like to be able to find out where they live and then follow them home..give them an hour or so to get asleep and then blare yoko ono's entire album of her screatching and screaming.
