Despite threats from the Taliban to cut off the purple finger of voters, Dilawar, (Meaning "Man with extra finger"), waved his extra purple finger defiantly in the faces of the Taliban for most of the day. Sadly, Dilwar cannot afford to pay for surgery since his extra finger is considered to be a pre-existing condition by his insurance company. So, he is forced to play a dangerous game with the Taliban. Dilwar plans to visit a Taliban stronghold tomorrow in hopes of getting "Free surgery" at the hands of the Taliban.
