Hummm....They failed to mention OKC's relentless hot, sandy winds. Not a fun place for a contact lens wearer. I will give OKC kudos for driveability though. You can get around there (or you could some years ago.)
Speck, you can still get around pretty well there. To me, fall is the best season in Oklahoma, the summers are too hot.
