I certainly have.
But would you really carry through with it once you got the money?
Or would you say
"Screw them, they just want my money, I'm important, I'm busy, maybe someday when I have more money."?
If you did, you would be in the vast majority.
Here is information about someone who's in the minority.

I guess it would be a problem I would not mind having. I would like to think I would be generous with my money but you never know until you have it.

I not only would, I have a plan in place for "inverted tithing" should "Santa Claus ever leave me that titty-pink Cadillac full of $100 bills", so to speak.
