Promises to "Propose"...
Yeah, right.
He might as well propose term limits for Congress.
Politicians can propose anything, and do.
Doesn't mean a damned thing.
Promises to Propose". That's a million miles away from actually promising a tax cut.
Just more political mush-mouthery. Paul makes a lot of talk, but what has he actually done?

At least he reintroduced the Audit the Federal Reserve bill.
You can sure tell who's rotten when they come out against it.
a "promise to propose" seems a little wishy washy.
if he gets the tax cut, where will the money come from to pay for all the stuff people are addicted to?
