Sometimes I think about odd things. If people were naturally high, all the time, and you could take a drug that made you not high. Would it be illegal? What would the propaganda against it be?
It destroys your appreciation for music.
It tends to make you more angry and violent.
It makes food less enjoyable.
It makes war more likely.
It makes almost everything less enjoyable.
It increases your stress level.
It makes you less tolerant of others.
I don't think it would be illegal though because there probably wouldn't be any victimless crimes.
