George W. Bush’s CIA head, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and others have had criminal complaints filed against them in Germany on Wednesday.
The ECCHR is accusing Tenet, Rumsfeld and a series of other persons of the war crime of torture under paragraph 8 section 1(3) of the German Code of Crimes against International Law (Völkerstrafgesetzbuch).

Mr. Shife - I don't think much will come of it either, but it sure is nice to think about Bush having to avoid certain countries for fear of being prosecuted.
Bob - I agree with most of what you said, but I still contend that 9-11 was an inside job.
Billy - I don't know, I kind of like a country that makes good cars, drinks a lot of good beer and considers Bush a war criminal.
that's what the guys in poland thought until sept 1 1939. a smart guy could probably come up with 9/11 out of that date. but i'm not that smart.
