PACE, Fla. -- A Florida Panhandle deputy was able to track down and arrest a man on charges of illegally dumping a boat near his home with a surprising tool: satellite pictures provided by Google Earth.
Deputy Gregory Barnes used the images after finding an 18-foot boat dumped in an undeveloped subdivision about 15 miles north of Pensacola.
Google Earth shows archived satellite and aerial images of communities across the world. Barnes used it to look at the surrounding area and saw a fuzzy image of the vessel at Dwight Everett Foster's home.
Authorities say Foster admitted dumping the boat and his son later removed it.
Police say it cost $18 to dispose of the boat at a landfill. Foster faces a $5,000 fine and up to five years in prison. WashingtonPost

Obama Just Got His Private Army

Remember when Obama said he wanted a “national security force”? Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? On July 2, 2008 in a speech in Colorado Springs, Barack Obama called for a police state.
Remember that first alarming glimpse of what that army might look like? Notice how much these “Hitler youth” type young men talk about health care!
Obama just got his private army…
…And no one seems to have noticed. It is buried in the Senate revisions to the health care bill.

Homeland Security & FBI Raid Michigan Militia
Update:
Welcome to MICHIGANMILITIA.COM
Neither MICHIGANMILITIA.COM nor the SMVM have been "raided" by the FBI. We do nothing illegal.
WXYZ-TV (Detroit Channel 7) and WDIV (Channel 4) are both working to get to the bottom of Saturday night's police activity in Washtenaw County.
Both The Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia and the staff of Michiganmilitia.com condemn attacks or threats of any sort directed against our elected representatives. We also condemn those who would use these attacks to further their agenda. If you don't like your representatives, then recall them or elect someone else, or hell, run for office yourself. We also urge all representatives to obtain and read a copy of The Constitution. That's the real big effing deal.
A well-armed citizenry is the best form of Homeland Security and can better deter crime, invasion, terrorism, and tyranny. The intention of this website is to inform, promote and facilitate the development and training of the militia. Everyone is welcome, regardless of race, creed, color, religion or political affiliation, provided you do not wish to bring harm to our country or people. If you are a United States citizen (or have declared your intent to become such), who is capable of bearing arms, or supports the right to do so, then YOU ARE the militia...

Is That a Shark in Your Pants?
I was telling my grandchildren about the time Gram-ma put on her pants on and there was a scorpion in them and it stung her.
(I was telling it like a ghost story and trying to make it sound very scaryand like it was a big effin' deal.)
TJJ (Tex jr. jr.) (age2 and 1/3) caught up in the moment, said
"One time I put my pants on... and there was a shark in them!"
Egging him on, Gram-ma asked
"Did he bite you?"
TJJ says "Yes!"

France says "NO!" to Carbon Tax
The government of France decided against a carbon tax this week.
Why?
The people were smart enough to be against it, very against it.
How did they show their opposition?
Through strikes.
Metro services, schools, railroads and even courts were shut down.
Trade unions planned 180 strikes across the country.
One other reason for scrapping the tax, a crushing electoral defeat over the weekend for President Nicolas Sarkozy's Gaulliste UMP party.
The party lost every region except for Alsace and the Indian Ocean island of Reunion.
Citizens of the U.S. could learn a thing or two from the people of France.

Isn't it Ironic
The drug dealers count on law enforcement to keep the price of the drugs that they sell, high.
The better job that the cops do, the higher the price of the drug.
The cops know this, the dealers know this, maybe we should just legalize drugs.
Legalize drugs?
Are you crazy?
Just think of what would happen!
Nothing.
Except that the tax payers could save a whole lot of money.

The Cost Of Defying Obamacare: $2,250 a Month And IRS Goons Pointing Guns At Your Family
Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
Tuesday, March 23, 2010IW
The cost of defying Obamacare by withholding compliance on your income tax return will not be for the faint hearted – families will be forced to cough up $2,250 a month while being closely scrutinized by an army of new IRS agents with fresh “combat training,” armed to the teeth with 12 gauge pump action shotguns.
“The Internal Revenue Service will function as the government’s chief enforcer for health care reform, should President Obama sign the bill into law as expected, monitoring both businesses and individuals to certify whether they have the insurance coverage the government requires,” writes Matt Cover of CNS News.
The penalties associated with defying mandatory health care are staggering. From 2014 onwards, for every month that individuals or businesses with over 50 employees fail to carry a minimum level of health insurance, they will be hit with fines of up to $750 a month for individuals and $750 per uncovered employee for businesses. For a family of four, this could amount to a whopping $27,000 a year ($2250 a month for each household).
“Because these new mandates and taxes are under the purview of the IRS, taxpayers and businesses could incur additional penalties normally reserved for normal income tax cheats, paying fees over and above those for not complying with Congress’ new mandates,” writes Cover.
The health care bill requires the IRS to monitor individuals and businesses via mandatory reporting on income tax returns. If you don’t pay up, the IRS will let loose one of their estimated 16,500 new agents, armed with shotguns and fresh “combat training,” to convince you otherwise.
The increasing transformation of tax collectors into heavily armed SWAT-like goons coincides with the passage of Obamacare, legislation which will rest entirely on its aggressive enforcement by thousands of new IRS agents sent out to harass individuals and small businesses.
Many people raised an eyebrow or two last month when the Drudge Report posted a request for quotes from suppliers for 12 gauge pump action shotguns to be submitted to the IRS. The request also mentioned the fact that IRS agents now receive “combat training”.
It seems that the increasing militarization of IRS agents isn’t simply to prepare for fleecing the many Americans who would undoubtedly stop paying their taxes should draconian austerity measures be imposed to deal with a deepening economic decline, but also to physically enforce the reality behind Obamacare – the fact that if you don’t comply with it then you’ll be treated as a tax cheat and a criminal.
When Obama’s own policy czars, people like Ron Bloom, say things like, “We kinda agree with Mao (Tse Tung) that political power comes largely from a gun,” as the federal government – even the Department of Education – arms itself to the teeth in order to enforce blatantly unconstitutional policies – is it any wonder that American citizens are purchasing firearms at record levels to defend their families from a government gone wild?
Not only will the IRS be tasked with enforcing penalties against Obamacare resistors, but they’ll also be kept busy monitoring over a dozen new taxes that will be created by the bill.
“The bill is littered with tax increases in order to fund the expansion of health coverage for Americans,” points out Business Insider, who identified 15 such increases, things like an excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage, tax surcharges on people making over $350,000 a year, as well as control freak measures like a 10% tax on payments for indoor tanning treatments.
Question of the Day
"Mommy, if the health care bill is so bad for insurance companies, why did their stocks go up after it passed?"
The Georgia Guidestones
Georgia Guidestones
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Coordinates: 34°13′55″N 82°53′40″W / 34.231984°N 82.894506°W / 34.231984; -82.894506
The Georgia Guidestones is a large granite monument in Elbert County, Georgia, USA. A message comprising ten guides is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages, and a shorter message is inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient languages' scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs.
A message consisting of a set of ten guidelines or principles is engraved on the Georgia Guidestones in eight different languages, one language on each face of the four large upright stones. Moving clockwise around the structure from due north, these languages are: English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, and Russian.
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature.[4]
A few feet to the west of the artifact, an additional granite ledger has been set level with the ground. This tablet identifies the structure and the languages used on it, lists various facts about the size, weight, and astronomical features of the stones, the date it was installed, and the sponsors of the project. It also speaks of a time capsule buried under the tablet, but the positions on the stone reserved for filling in the dates on which the capsule was buried and is to be opened are missing, so it is not clear whether the time capsule was ever put in place. Each side of the tablet is perpendicular to one of the cardinal directions, and is inscribed so that the northern edge is the "top" of the inscription.
The complete text of the explanatory tablet is detailed below. The accompanying image shows the overall layout. The tablet is somewhat inconsistent with respect to punctuation, and also misspells "pseudonym". The original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks in the text have been preserved in the transcription which follows.
At the center of each tablet edge is a small circle, each containing a letter representing the appropriate compass direction (N, S, E, W).
At the top center of the tablet is written:
The Georgia Guidestones
Center cluster erected March 22, 1980
Immediately below this is the outline of a square, inside which is written:

Yoko Ono and others have praised the inscribed messages as "a stirring call to rational thinking", while opponents have labeled them as the "Ten Commandments of the Antichrist".[3]
The Guidestones have become a subject of interest for conspiracy theorists. One of them, an activist named Mark Dice, demanded that the Guidestones "be smashed into a million pieces, and then the rubble used for a construction project",[9] claiming that the Guidestones are of "a deep Satanic origin," and that R. C. Christian, belongs to "a Luciferian secret society" related to the New World Order.[3] At the unveiling of the monument, a local minister proclaimed that he believed the monument was "for sun worshipers, for cult worship and for devil worship".[8]
Another popular conspiracy theorist, Alex Jones, in his 2008 documentary 'Endgame: Elite's Blueprint For Global Enslavement' highlights "the message of the mysterious Georgia Guidestones, purportedly built by representatives of a secret society called the Rosicrucian Order, which call for a global religion, world courts, and for population levels to be maintained at around 500 million, over a 5.5 billion reduction from current levels. The stones infer that humans are a cancer upon the earth and should be culled in order to maintain balance with nature."[10]
Researcher Van Smith claims to have uncovered numerological messages encoded within the proportions of the various Georgia Guidestones components that link the monument to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world opened in Dubai over thirty years after the Georgia Guidestones were designed. Smith presents evidence demonstrating that the opening date of the tower, the death of Dubai's emir, Sheik Maktoum bin Rashad al Maktoum, and the exact height of the Burj Khalifa can all be deduced directly from the proportions of the granite slabs.[11]
In 2008, the stones were defaced with polyurethane paint and graffiti with slogans such as "Death to the new world order."[12] Wired magazine called the defacement "the first serious act of vandalism in the Guidestones' history".[3] More recently, in an apparant attempt to topple the monument, a large notch was cut from the top of the English language Guidestone near the 8" long, 1 5/8" thick stainless steel dowel pin used to secure that slab to the capstone.[2]
As of November 14, 2009 (2009 -11-14)[update], the stones bear a variety of graffiti. Elbert County is funding ongoing repair and has installed two video surveillance camera at the site, although they appear to remain unpowered.[2]

It kind of gives me a funny feeling. The healthcare bill passed on March 21 and was signed on March 23, right in the middle of that is March 22. The Georgia Guidestones
Center cluster erected March 22, 1980. So you could say 30 years later to the day (basically) the healthcare bill was passed and signed. That might not be significant but look at the #1 Inscription "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature." I mean it sure doesn't make me want to run out and get the next swine flu shot that they say we need!

Old People Phone Calls
I get so tired of old people calling me for no good reason.
My mom calls during a snowstorm.
"I'm hungry, I'm starving!"
"The power's out, my can opener won't work."
I say "Just use the manual kind."
She says "I can't!" "My arthritis is flaring up, I cant turn it."
Then she starts telling me "I don't have any water, the well won't work with no electricity."
So I tell her about how she can drink the water in the back of the toilet.
And she's all "I already flushed it!"
So then I tell her about a can of Pringles in the attic, behind the weight set.
Then she starts screaming about how "That's how I hurt my back in the first place, carrying your weights to the attic!"
"I'm thirsty!"
So I say "Mom, stop being so dramatic, just walk over to my house, you can stay in the garage."
Then she's all
"It's windy and snowing and my walker gets stuck in the drifts."
So now I have to drive five miles to her house to pick her up.
Man, life's not fair!

An Inconvenient Truth about Obamacare
Just a heads up to the folks looking forward to Obamacare becoming law. The ban on preexisting conditions won't kick in for four years and even after it does, the insurance companies can still deny you, all they have to do is pay a $5000 fine.
So what will they do when faced with a decision of insuring anyone with anything that will cost more than $5000 to treat?
Pay the fine.
You mean the “ban on pre-existing conditions” is just a big lie?
You mean the insurance companies can deny treatments, deny surgeries, deny tests, and even terminate your entire policy if you get too expensive?
Yes!
Hard to believe, getting the government involved isn't going to make everything all better, wow that's got to be a first.

Who Has Nukes?
Britain, China, France, India, Pakistan, Russia, United States, North Korea and Israel.
Notice that Iran didn't make the list?
Notice that North Korea, does have nuclear weapons?
North Korea, ruled by a mad man has nuclear weapons and our country doesn't seem too concerned.
Pakistan and India have them, not the most stable places on Earth.
Possibly one of the most dangerous countries to have nukes is Israel, the country I would vote for in a "Who's most likely to start World War Three" contest.
But through half truths, lies and propaganda, the average American is worried about Iran, a country that doesn't even have the capacity to make nuclear weapons.
Why does the American news media hype up the threat of Iran when there are clearly other countries that pose a much greater threat?
If you were expecting an answer here, sorry, I don't have it for you.
I'd like to here what you guys think, even if you think my analysis is wrong, that's ok, I'm just trying to figure this out.

Thought Police - Future Attribute Screening Technologies
Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
March 15, 2010
In Phillip K. Dick’s short story, The Minority Report, murder and other crimes are prevented through the efforts of three mutants — called “precogs” — who can see the future.
The Department of Homeland Security does not have precogs able to look into the future and reveal crime. Instead, they have the next best thing — Future Attribute Screening Technologies.
Originally titled Project Hostile Intent, the purpose of the program is to detect “hostile thoughts” by screening people at the border and — as explained in the video below — at public events. According to DHS science spokesman John Verrico, in 2008 the program is capable of 78% accuracy on mal-intent detection, and 80% on deception. On July 24, 2008 then DHS Under Secretary Jay Cohen stated that the goal of the program is to create a new technology that would work in real time as opposed to after a crime is already committed.

Palin, Beck "Dumb and Dumber Tour" kicks off in Tulsa
By SHANNON MUCHMORE World Staff Writer
Published: 3/14/2010 3:28 AM

Conservative superstars Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck called for Americans to demand a smaller government that adheres to the principles of its founding fathers during a rally in downtown Tulsa on Saturday.
In front of about 6,000 enthusiastic fans, they criticized President Barack Obama's administration, Washington politicians, progressives and journalists while advocating for average people who they say aren't being heard by those in power.
The duo spoke at the Tulsa Convention Center for the kickoff of the "Taking Our Country Back Tour." They were joined by country musicians John Rich and Gretchen Wilson, who played after the speeches.
Palin and Beck adhered to the themes of having a limited government, reducing the federal deficit and relying on individual responsibility.
Palin said Americans should remember that government works for them and not the other way around.
"There's a growing movement across this country," she said. "It's beautiful, and you're a part of it."
Regular, everyday citizens are standing up to Washington politicians who don't listen to what the people want, she said.
"We understand what they're trying to do to this country," she said. "We understand it, and we don't like it. That's why we're taking our country back."
The former Republican vice presidential candidate and ex-governor of Alaska took a few shots at Obama — whom the crowd booed — and congressional leaders.

Guns Used in Pentagon and Las Vegas Courtroom Shootings Originated with Tennessee Police
Infowars.com
March 14, 2010
Talk about improbable odds. The guns used in the Pentagon and Las Vegas courthouse shootings came from the police and court system in Memphis, Tennessee.
John Patrick Bedell’s gun originated with police in Tennessee.
“Law enforcement officials told The Associated Press that both guns were once seized in criminal cases in Memphis. The officials described how the weapons made their separate ways from an evidence vault to gun dealers and to the shooters.”
The Associated Press offers the following lame explanation: “The use of guns that once were in police custody and were later involved in attacks on police officers highlights a little-known divide in gun policy in the United States: Many cities and states destroy guns gathered in criminal probes, but others sell or trade the weapons in order to get other guns or buy equipment such as bulletproof vests.”
The two events in question were exploited to push for more stringent gun control and a more robust stance against so-called homegrown terrorism. The latter argument was made in the case of the Pentagon shooter. The corporate media had to later admit — after a barrage of misleading and sensationalistic headlines — that the man involved was mentally ill, not a gun-toting rightwing extremist who was associated with the Ludwig Von Mises Institute.
“I just think it’s unseemly for police departments to be selling guns that later turn up,” John Timoney, who led the Philadelphia and Miami police departments and served as New York’s No. 2 police official, told the Associated Press.
It apparently did not occur to Mr. Timoney or the Associated Press that this “coincidence” is highly suspicious and needs further investigation instead of being used as another threadbare argument for attacking the Second Amendment.

In 1951 a quiet village in southern France was suddenly and mysteriously struck down with mass insanity and hallucinations.
At least five people died, dozens were committed to asylums and hundreds afflicted.

The mystery of Le Pain Maudit (”The Cursed Bread”) still haunts Pont-Saint-Esprit, in the Gard, south-east France.
For decades it was assumed that the local bread had been unwittingly poisoned with a psychedelic mould. Now an even more extraordinary explanation has emerged, with evidence suggesting the CIA peppered food with the hallucinogenic drug LSD as part of a mind-control experiment at the height of the Cold War.
The mystery of Le Pain Maudit (”The Cursed Bread”) still haunts Pont-Saint-Esprit, in the Gard, south-east France. On August 16, 1951, the inhabitants suddenly suffered frightful hallucinations of terrifying beasts and fire.
One man tried to drown himself, screaming his belly was being eaten by snakes. An 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted, “I am a plane,” before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. He then got up and carried on for 45 metres. Another saw his heart escaping through his feet and begged a doctor to put it back. Many were taken to the asylum in straitjackets.
Time magazine wrote at the time: “Among the stricken, delirium rose: patients thrashed wildly on their beds, screaming that red flowers were blossoming from their bodies, that their heads had turned to molten lead.”
Eventually, it was determined that a baker had unwittingly contaminated his flour with ergot, a hallucinogenic mould that infects rye grain. Another theory was that the bread had been poisoned with mercury.
However, H.P. Albarelli jnr, an investigative journalist, claims the outbreak resulted from a covert experiment directed by the CIA and the U.S. army’s top-secret Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, Maryland.LSD

The world is a vampire, sent to drain
Secret destroyers, hold you up to the flames
And what do I get, for my pain?
Betrayed desires, and a piece of the game
Even though I know - I suppose I'll show
All my cool and cold - like old job
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Then someone will say what is lost can never be saved
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Now I'm naked, nothing but an animal
But can you fake it, for just one more show?
And what do you want?
I want to change
And what have you got, when you feel the same?
Even though I know - I suppose I'll show
All my cool and cold - like old job
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Then someone will say what is lost can never be saved
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
Tell me I'm the only one
Tell me there's no other one
Jesus was the only son, yeah.
Tell me I'm the chosen one
Jesus was the only son for you
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage

Oklahoma One Step Closer to Firearms Freedom
10th
10. Mar, 2010 Written by: Michael Boldin
Yesterday, the Oklahoma House passed House Bill 2994 (HB2994), the Firearms Freedom Act. The vote tally was 89-3.
The bill states:
A personal firearm, a firearm action or receiver, a firearm accessory, or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in the state to be used or sold within the state is not subject to federal law or federal regulation, including registration, under the authority of congress to regulate interstate commerce.
“We believe that the liberals in DC are really going overboard and ramming things down our throat. We want to basically guarantee that we have the right to keep and bear arms,” said Rep. John Enns, the primary sponsor of the bill.
The Oklahoma Senate already passed its own version of the bill last week, Senate Bill 1685 (SB1685) by a vote of 39-3. Supporters expect one version or the other to easily pass – and then get sent on to the Governor for signature.
In 2009, both Tennessee and Montana passed the Act into state law, and Utah’s Governor Herbert made that state the 3rd just this month. Also this year, both state houses in Wyoming and South Dakota have passed versions of the Firearms Freedom Act and governors in both state are widely expected to sign them into law.
If Oklahoma follows this trend, that would make six the number of states that have passed such a law, with more likely to join them soon. More than 15 others are currently considering the legislation.
NULLIFICATION
The principle behind such legislation is nullification, which has a long history in the American tradition. When a state ‘nullifies’ a federal law, it is proclaiming that the law in question is void and inoperative, or ‘non-effective,’ within the boundaries of that state; or, in other words, not a law as far as the state is concerned. Implied in such legislation is that the state apparatus will enforce the act against all violations – in order to protect the liberty of the state’s citizens.

House Votes to Keep Troops in Afghanistan
The House has voted down a resolution to pull troops out of Afghanistan by the end of the year. After three hours of debate by a minuscule number of antiwar Democrats, the House voted 356 to 65 to reject the withdrawal proposal. Five Republicans joined 60 Democrats in support of pulling out while 189 Democrats and 167 Republicans were opposed.
The resolution was introduced by Ohio Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich. His resolution would have invoked the War Powers Act to force the withdrawal of American troops within 30 days. iw

Kucinich - "This bill represents a giveaway to the insurance industry,"
Facing razor-thin margins in the House, kucinich1 Kucinich willing to cast the vote that kills health reformDemocratic leaders are hoping to convert the sole liberal who opposes their health care bill, but it seems they have their work cut out because he isn't budging.
Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) on Monday defended his opposition to the proposal in an appearance on MSNBC's Countdown With Keith Olbermann, citing as his central concern its lack of a robust public option to provide competition for insurance companies.
"This bill represents a giveaway to the insurance industry," Kucinich said. "$70 billion dollars a year, and no guarantees of any control over premiums, forcing people to buy private insurance, five consecutive years of double-digit premium increases."

We Are The Ones We Have Been Waiting For
Non-cooperation with evil is as much a duty as cooperation with good… Nonviolent action without the cooperation of the heart and the head cannot produce the intended result….All through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall, always. ~GANDHI

Government Drill Schedulers Psychic?
Drill Held at D.C. Transit Station Days Before Pentagon Shooting

Coincidence? Several days before John Patrick Bedell attacked two Pentagon cops and was killed, D.C. police staged a drill at the Friendship Heights Metro station in in Northwest Washington.
FEMA was deployed to New York on Monday night, September 10th, to be ready to go into action on Tuesday morning, September 11th.
During its Vigilant Guardian exercise held on September 6, 2001, NORAD practiced for dealing with the simulated hijackings of two commercial aircraft by terrorists. The simulated hijackings were to occur on September 9, 10, and the morning of September 11.
And then there was the terrorist drill held in London during the July 7, 2005, attack. “At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now,” Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, a private firm on contract to the London Metropolitan Police, told the BBC.
After the London attack, math on the odds of a drill occurring at the same time was calculated. “The odds were one in 3,715,592,613,265,750,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. This is obviously a figure open to conjecture but it gives you an idea of the ballpark improbability we are talking about,” Paul Jospeh Watson wrote for Prison Planet on July 23, 2005.
