One thing about being a conspiracy theorist, you see the world in a different way than most.
When you know that the OKC bombing was an inside job set up by Bill "How dare you sir!" Clinton and Eric Holder, trusting the government doesn't seem like a very good idea.
When you know that 9-11 was an inside job, going to war in Iraq and Afghanistan doesn't seem like such a good idea.
Seeing the Patriot act get passed and losing constitutional rights doesn't seem like such a good idea either.
Knowing that the underwear bomber was let onto the plane without a passport (after being rejected by airport security) because a well dressed man that worked for the U.S. government made it so, makes naked body scanners (that they just so happened to have ready to roll out) not seem like such a good idea.
Knowing that Obama and Holder set up Fast and Furious (Purposely sending guns from the U.S. to Mexican drug gangs) in an attempt to undermine the second amendment and create new gun control laws, let's you know that Obama only sheds crocodile tears for Sandy Hook victims.
When you know that Tuscon, Aurora and Sandy Hook were all inside jobs of one kind or another, giving up your right to keep and bear arms doesn't seem very wise.
When you know that Osama bin Laden had been dead many years when the "raid" took place, it makes you very suspicious when so many members of seal team six get killed in an old national guard helicopter, not to mention other odd deaths of seal team six members.
One thing about seeing things in this light, you see that it's government(s) that do (or cause) the most evil things in the world, not individuals.
If you can imagine it, subtract all these inside jobs (and the things they caused)(Iraq war, Afghanistan war, Patriot Act, NDAA) from your mind.
Pretend like none of these things ever happened.
Wow, America seems like a pretty good place again doesn't it?
