Everyone knows about hypocrisy, like the guy that goes to church , sets on the front row every Sunday yet commits adultery every chance he gets. I've noticed a different kind of hypocrisy lately (there is probably a better word for it but I can't think of it right now). Maybe denial is the word I'm looking for, anyway we are taught to believe the bible and that someday the events in Revelations will come to pass. We also learn to say that these things can't happen in our lifetime and if anyone starts talking about them happening now, we are to reject not only that thought, but also the person saying it. So on the one hand we are suppose to believe but on the other hand reject it. That's my quandary, because things are really starting to look like the book of Revelations.
I know, we have been taught, conditioned or whatever to not speak of such things or run the risk of being called crazy or a fanatic.
Well, I've been called worse and anyone who regularly reads my blog knows that I don't care, I even kind of enjoy having a different perspective than most.
I don't know if it's just me but which animal do you think of, associate with Kenya?
The answer to me is the leopard.
Other than the U.S.A. which country do you associate Barack Obama with?
For me, the answer is Kenya.
Revelation 13
King James Version (KJV)
13 And
I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the
sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns,
and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
2 And
the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the
feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon
gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
The bible is trying to tell us something, if there is an assassination attempt on Obama and he is shot or otherwise wounded in the head to the point that it would surely be deadly, but somehow survives, then he IS the beast.
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
The bible is trying to tell us something else tangible: Don't get chipped! Anyone who tries to make you receive a mark or chip is pure evil, fight it with all you've got.
Okay, I'm finished, let the name calling and the jokes begin.
i'm a religious free agent. so far none of the big religions are interested in making me an offer. in fact they all want me to make them an offer.
ReplyDeleteit's a mexican stand-off.
Billy - I hope none of the stuff goes down like revelations, I just want people to take notice if it does.
ReplyDeleteNone of the religions get my money, so I'm probably non-existent in their eyes.
