(Harrisburg, PA) -- Another federal judge says the healthcare law championed by President Obama is unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge Christopher Conner in Pennsylvania says Congress violated the Constitution by making it law for all Americans to have medical insurance starting in 2014.
Conner said there are limits to federal power, and efforts to fix healthcare must fall within those limitations.
The Obama administration can appeal the ruling.
State Attorneys General across U.S. are suing to overturn the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
President Obama signed healthcare reform into law last year.
