Land of the Free?

 O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave,
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

The next time you hear "The Star Spangled Banner" and it gets to the words "land of the free"
think about this:
The U.S. has the largest prison population of any country on earth.

Maybe we should protest this fact by singing "land of the imprisoned" instead.

Another option would be to protest the fact that the U.S. has the largest prison population of any country on earth by voting for people that are for freedom. We should vote for people that want to end the ridiculous "War on Drugs".
We should vote for people that think victimless crimes shouldn't be crimes, basically candidates that are for freedom.
If enough people do this maybe the line "home of the free" could be true again some day instead of a reminder of what a police state we are living in.
Just a thought.
