the last half refers to Oliver Hardy, the genius comedian and a skit where he bought a mini horse for jumping
That bit about the bag of cement was to make Tricky Dicky some galoshes...Would work for Bush and Obama, too! We could push 'em off into the Potomac & see if shit really floats (science project).
