Convicted: Arson, and impersonating a Los Angeles firefighter, Tarzana, California.

Facts: Shepard, aka The Tarzana Torcher, aided the spread of Clarita Canyon wildfire by setting backfires with kerosene, which intensified the flames. Subject, dressed as firefighter, encouraged homeowners to light their own homes on fire so that "at least the fire won't win."

Convicted: Arson, Chatsworth Dog Park.

Facts: Shepard ignited fire, situated himself on a bluff overlooking the blaze and consumed a take-out meal to watch the fire spread. Subject was nude when arrested.

Note: Ordered by judge to undergo psychological counseling in state penitentiary.

  2. These guys are just on that show "Halfway Home" about a halfway house, it's got potential, pretty funny. It's on Comedy Central, not sure when.
