Obama Serves 14-State Governors With Warnings of Arrest

Barack Hussein Obama had served 14-State Governors in the United States, National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governor’s actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.

Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”
Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.
 The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have: “…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.” Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated: “If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”

Evidence Indicates Michael Hastings Was Assassinated

The revelation that Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings was working on a story about the CIA before his death and had contacted a Wikileaks lawyer about being under investigation by the FBI hours before his car exploded into flames has bolstered increasingly valid claims that the 33-year-old was assassinated.

Hastings died early Tuesday morning in Hollywood when his car allegedly hit a tree at high speed. The Los Angeles Coroner’s office has not yet been able to officially identify the body as Hastings because it is so badly burned.

Skeptics of the official narrative have highlighted eyewitness accounts which state that Hastings’ Mercedes “exploded”.

Images of the vehicle appear to show more damage to the rear, around the area of the fuel tank, than the front, leading to speculation that a car bomb which ignited the fuel could have been responsible for the incident.

“No matter how you slice this particular pie, a Mercedes is not just going to explode into flames without a little assistance,” writes freelance journalist Jim Stone. “Car fires in new cars happen for three main reasons — running the engine out of oil, or running the engine out of coolant, or after an absolutely huge car mangling accident, having the hot side of the battery short out against the frame before it reaches the fuse panel. And for all 3 of those normal reasons, which account for virtually all car fires in modern cars, the fire would have started in the engine compartment, progressed slowly, and scorched the hell out of the paint before ever reaching the gas tank. That clean paint is the be all tell all, Michael Hastings was murdered, and the rest is detail.”

Stone also questions why a white sheet has been draped over the vehicle in the image below.

The questions surrounding the precise nature of the “accident” that killed Hastings are given more weight by the fact that the journalist had made enemies within both the FBI and the CIA.

“Michael Hastings contacted WikiLeaks lawyer Jennifer Robinson just a few hours before he died, saying that the FBI was investigating him,” the official Wikileaks Twitter account announced yesterday.

Hastings “had the Central Intelligence Agency in his sights” and was set to release an article exposing the agency, according to L.A. Weekly.

The Obama administration and the Justice Department have openly claimed the authority to assassinate American citizens anywhere in the world if they are deemed a national security threat. A number of American citizens have already been killed as a result of this policy. Is it really that crazy to suggest that Michael Hastings was merely the latest victim of this doctrine?

The New York Daily News highlights the fact that Hastings had received multiple death threats before his demise.

Following his role in bringing down Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, Hastings was told by a McChrystal staffer, “We’ll hunt you down and kill you if we don’t like what you write.”

“Whenever I’d been reporting around groups of dudes whose job it was to kill people, one of them would usually mention that they were going to kill me,” said Hastings.

Hastings was renowned for being “only interested in writing stories someone didn’t want him to write — often his subjects,” according to Buzzflash editor Ben Smith, adding, “He knew that there are certain truths that nobody has an interest in speaking, ones that will make you both your subjects and their enemies uncomfortable. They’re stories that don’t get told because nobody in power has much of an interest in telling them.”

The fact that Hastings had made a plethora of enemies as a result of his hard-hitting investigative journalism has prompted a deluge of online comment speculating that the writer’s “car crash” was no accident.

“Hastings’ wreck might make sense on the freeway, but I doubt he’d be dumb enough to go 100 mph on Highland. He’s not some dumb college kid,” said one commenter on a local news site.

“A warning to other journalists to not dig too deep,” another Reddit user wrote. “Stick with the party line if you want a long, happy life.”

If this was an isolated incident then there wouldn’t be so many questions swirling about Hastings’ death. However, he’s certainly not the first individual to go up against the military-industrial complex and wind up in a coffin.

Other journalists who have proven to be a thorn in the side of the establishment have met the same fate, from Andrew Breitbart who was about to release damaging pre-election information about Barack Obama before he collapsed and died in strange circumstances, to Gary Webb, the Pullitzer prize-winning author who exposed the CIA’s involvement in the drug trade and subsequently committed “suicide” after apparently shooting himself in the head – twice.

More recently, Ibragim Todashev, friend of accused Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnev, was shot in the head six times by the FBI, who initially claimed Todashev was armed but later had to admit this was a lie. Speculation has raged that Todashev was assassinated because he had knowledge about the Boston bombings which the feds didn’t want to see the light of public scrutiny.

Despite his actions, the murder of Christopher Dorner, who was burned to death by LAPD officers while hiding inside a cabin, shows that authorities will not hesitate to resort to such methods.

It’s virtually inevitable that the true cause of Michael Hastings death will never be known and that the mainstream media will demonize anyone who questions the official narrative as a conspiracy theorist. Meanwhile, journalists and others who pose a threat to the military-industrial complex will continue to die in bizarre “accidents” that stink of foul play.

Led by firebrand Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), Congress is to launch an official investigation into the mysterious helicopter crash that killed several members of the Navy SEAL team 6 in Afghanistan in 2011.
Back in May, the families of the SEALs went public with concerns that the Obama administration was at least partially responsible for the deaths of their sons.

In recent months some of the family members have spoken out in the media regarding what they believe is a cover up over the helicopter crash. The family members say that they still have not received satisfactory answers to their questions, and that there are still many inconsistencies and contradictions in the explanations they have been provided. “We’re going to dive into this.” said Chaffetz, who is acting in his position as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee on National Security. 30 Americans were killed in the crash on August 6, 2011 when insurgents shot down a U.S. military helicopter during fighting in eastern Afghanistan, making it the largest loss of life in a single incident for the U.S. military during the war. 22 of the victims belonged to the same unit as the Navy SEALS involved in the purported Osama Bin Laden operation, just three months earlier. US military officials have maintained that none of the individuals involved directly in the Bin Laden mission were killed in the crash. However, sources have claimed that there were at least two SEALs who died on the chopper who had been involved in the Bin Laden raid. Some of the families feel that the Obama administration’s handling of the death of Bin Laden made retaliatory attacks against SEAL Team 6 more likely. Family members have also expressed concerns that SEALS were sent into battle “without special operations aviation and proper air support.” Chaffetz has said that he is preparing to send questions to the Pentagon and may hold congressional hearings on the issue. He noted that the families deserve answers: “That’s why you do an investigation. I want to be as factual as I can.” he said. Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, who is representing some of the families told reporters “This is a scandal even greater than Benghazi.” “There we lost four valued American lives; here we sacrificed 30 American soldiers. The big question is were these brave Americans sold out by the Afghani government as payment to the Taliban for the death of bin Laden?” Klayman added. Klayman’s questions stem from the fact that Afghani forces accompanying the Navy SEAL servicemen on the helicopter were most likely not properly vetted, meaning that they may have disclosed classified information to the Taliban about the mission, resulting in the shoot down of the helicopter. Pentagon documents have confirmed that immediately prior to the take off of the helicopter, seven Afghan commandos who were listed on the passenger itinerary were mysteriously replaced by other Afghan military officials. Defense officials have confirmed that all seven names of the Afghan soldiers on the passenger list did not tally with those on board when the chopper took to the air. The families of the SEALs have noted that their sons did not have trust in Afghan soldiers, with one quoted as saying, “They are loyal to the highest bidder.” Charlie Strange, the father of one of the killed SEALs also pointed out “There was no eye in the sky tracking [the Chinook]. Why not?” In addition, pre-assault fire was requested by the team, but was denied by military officials on the ground. “My son Michael died,” Strange said. “I want to know, who made these calls?” The Pentagon probe into the shoot down denies that the incident was an “established ambush,” instead claiming that “it was a lucky shot of a low-level fighter that happened to be living [in the area]. He heard all the activity and he happened to be in the right spot.” Families have countered those suggestions by pointing out that leading militants took to the internet in the immediate aftermath of the attack, to boast that they had successfully ambushed SEAL Team 6. The Pentagon has also claimed that, despite recovering all the bodies of those killed, the helicopter’s black box was washed away in a flash flood. The Pentagon told the families that all the bodies were cremated due to the fact that they were badly burned in the crash. However, pictures have emerged that show some deceased SEALs without bad burns. “The body I saw didn’t need to be cremated,” Rep. Chaffetz said, also noting that the DoD’s explanation regarding the helicopter’s black box is “awfully odd.” Perhaps even more controversially, family members have also provided evidence that suggests a Muslim cleric attended the funerals of the service members and disparaged them by “damning them as infidels to Allah” during an Islamic prayer. Refusing to answer specific questions, a Dod spokesperson stated “the operational planning and execution of this mission was consistent with previous missions” and “was thoroughly investigated … we share in the grief of all of the families who lost their loved ones. The loss of 38 U.S. and Afghan military personnel was a tragic loss during a difficult campaign.”

VATICAN CITY — Few eyebrows were raised last week when Pope Francis brought the Vatican’s legal system up to date by criminalizing leaks of official information and formalizing laws against sex crimes. But now that the laws have been made public, a closer look revealed that the pope has made it illegal to report sex crimes against children.
According to the new laws, revealing or receiving confidential Vatican information is now punishable by up to two years in prison, while newly defined sex crimes against children carry a sentence of up to twelve years. Because all sex crimes are kept confidential, there is no longer a legal way for Vatican officials to report sex crimes.
“We didn’t mean for this to happen, obviously,” lamented Vatican foreign minister Monsignor Dominique Mamberti. “It’s quite the papal pickle that His Holiness has placed upon our heads. Sex crimes are more illegal than ever, but technically it’s illegal to report them.” Mamberti said that the simultaneous passing of each law is merely a coincidence and insisted that the Church is not trying to protect itself against further embarrassment, but critics outside the Vatican are skeptical.
“They know exactly what they’re doing,” claims Fabrizio Perona of Italy’s La Repubblica newspaper. “They just thought nobody would notice. The Church wants to impress the world by getting tough on sex crimes, but they criminalized leaks, which is the only way anybody would ever discover their crimes. It’s genius, if you stop and think about it.”

Dzhokar Tsarnaev’s Throat Wound: Another Government Lie Bites the Dust

It’s another example of why you should never trust the government.
Back in April federal officialdom told us Boston bombing suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev was shot in the throat and unable to talk. Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick was trotted out to confirm this fantasy story. He said Tsarnaev was in “serious but stable condition” and “not yet able to communicate yet.”
Then we were fed a more theatric version where the young Tsarnaev attempted to take his own life when he was supposedly trapped in a boat. “It is thought the teenager placed a gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger in a desperate bid to avoid capture and a possible death penalty,” claimed the British version of the National Enquirer, The Mirror. “Reports say the bullet passed through his throat, just missing his spinal cord, and  came out the back of his neck.”

This Hollywoodesque version dovetailed nicely with the story that the evil Brothers Tsarnaev were in a running gun battle with the cops, flinging home-made pressure cooker bombs at their brave pursuers as the pair attempted to escape the long arm of the law.
Then we were told Dzhokar was being treated by Israeli doctors who “have abundant past experience treating victims of terror… because they’re from Israel.”
“Tsarnaev is in stable condition but that because of wounds to his throat, he may never be able to speak again,” The Blaze reported, feeding the fantasy.

In May, the story changed. It was said Tsarnaev didn’t have a bullet wound in his throat, but was cut. “I did see a throat injury. To me it looked more like a knife wound,” said Officer Jeff Campbell of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Transit Police SWAT Unit. “It wasn’t a puncture hole. It was a slice where it was spread open, possibly a piece of shrapnel from one of the explosives that they were using the night before. It didn’t look like a bullet wound to me. It looked like a cut of some kind.” Campbell was supposedly part of the team that apprehended Tsarnaev, so if anybody knew about his wounds, it would be Campbell and his fellow SWAT officers.
CNN later edited out the comment about the throat wound made by Campbell.
Now we have a photo of Tsarnaev allegedly surrendering. It was taken by a Massachusetts State Police photographer. CBS Boston reported on Thursday the photographer, Sgt. Sean Murphy, gave the photos to the Boston Magazine because he was upset by the Rolling Stone’s recent “glamorized” cover photo of the suspected terrorist. Murphy is under investigation for releasing photos to the magazine.
Note the absence of a throat wound in the photo.
The photo underscores the fact the government lied about Tsarnaev’s throat wound, as the photo clearly shows. Is there anything else the government is lying about? Is it possible the entire event is a government contrived fiction?
Now it’s time for somebody to release the video frame capture of the Brothers Tsarnaev dropping their bomb-laden backpacks, photos we are assured exist but were never released. Is it possible this is a lie as well?
Finally, it looks like the government no longer even cares about the quality of its deception. Earlier this week, a man we are told was Dzhokar appeared in court to plead not guilty to terrorism charges. However, according to a former wrestling teammate interviewed by the Boston Globe, the man in court “didn’t look like” Tsarnaev. Moreover, the man brought into court had a thick accent and Tsarnaev does not, as a cell phone video of him interacting with a child reveals (see video below).

I do not think Snowden is OK - Jim Stone

Wednesday, July 17, 2013 I am going to first state that this is opinion, and may not be accurate. But I have seen a few things now that make me think Snowden is NOT ok, and that we probably are not even seeing the real Snowden now.

First of all, the flight logs all show Asiana 214 as having landed safely. I am highly suspicious of that plane crash. There is another problem - the plane that crashed was a 777 300, and the Asiana flight to San Francisco is supposed to be a 777 200. Big problem there. The main difference is that the 777 300 has an additional 2,000 mile flight range. I had initially expected Asiana to be using a 777 300 on the San Francisco route, but later found out that they use a 777 200. Now in the media, the confusion is obvious, with people who know planes identifying the crash as a 300, but people who know the type Asiana actually uses being a 200. So all over the media, there are different planes being stated as crashed, because a 300 crashed and a 200 is what Asiana uses. I still think the plane that crashed in San Francisco was probably supposed to go to Australia and got remote hijacked and flown to a crash by a desk bound idiot flying it like a drone. This would explain the military response and the FBI debriefing of all passengers.

I still think Snowden was on that plane, and there are plenty of reasons for it, which are:

On July 5th, Russia announced that Snowden had ONE DAY to leave the airport or he was going to get extradited to the U.S. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT, and why is Russia playing nice now, well over a week later? Last I heard before that crash was that Snowden was on his way to Venezuela.

After the plane crash, Snowden started talking about UFO's and Chem Trails. That may fly in the alternative media, but for a huge number of people those are kooky subjects, and aliens are the FIRST subject intelligence agencies use to cast doubt on the credibility of anyone if they can get away with it. Chem trails are an additional step off the deep end for many people, and the NSA does absolutely NOTHING with aliens, UFO's or Chem trails. Snowden would not know jack about those subjects from ANY experience with the NSA.

Another thing that made me suspicious was Snowden's composure in the latest videos. He is not acting right, nor does he look right. In the latest videos he has absolutely NONE of the composure you would expect from anyone working intelligence. You also never really get a clear look at more than his face, and though the videos are more clear than the osama videos they still come off like one of those stupid Osama bin laden videos, or that Iraqi Berg beheading video that was so obviously fake. I don't buy it AT ALL. If we are seeing the real Snowden in the latest videos, I believe they are likely being shot in the U.S. after his capture, with him being drugged, under mind control and not even knowing where he is.

The tipping point came when what I believe is now "Snowden" said that Stuxnet was written by the NSA. Folks, THAT is a load of B.S. like no other. The NSA is a totally non aggressive agency which would not write an attack virus, that would be handled by Darpa and the CIA. And the initial reports about Stuxnet never mentioned the NSA AT ALL.

Florida: Drone Crashes and Explodes (Videos)

A United States Air Force drone has crashed and exploded in Florida, shutting down a highway. Was it shot down out of the sky or maybe did someone hack into it and bring it down? Strangely enough, this is the 2nd time in a week that a drone has been destroyed at the same Air Force Base. Sure seems pretty dangerous having all those drones flying around in the skies, aren’t they supposed to be protecting us? For the second time in a week, a Drone has been destroyed at Tyndall Air Force Base, WJHG.com reports. The latest crash came Wednesday morning around 8:25 when the drone crashed alongside US 98 in the Silver Flag area on the east side of the base.
Eye witnesses say the QF 4 drone crashed while taking off, exploded and sent up a large black cloud.
Base and local police and safety officials have closed Highway 98 and are anticipating that it will remain closed for up to 24 hours.

Unmanned Drone Crashes at Tyndall Air Force Base

An unmanned Air Force QF-4 drone, assigned here to the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group, crashed on the drone runway during take-off at 8:25 a.m. today.  No personnel were injured during the incident.
Base and local police and safety officials have closed Highway 98 and are anticipating that it will remain closed for up to 24 hours.  This closure is being done strictly as a precautionary measure due to fires resulting from the crash and a small self-destruct charge carried on board the drone.  The status of this device is unknown however, it is powered by a short-life battery which will be fully depleted in 24 hours.
The charge is used to destroy  the drone if it leaves its pre-approved flight plan.  Motorist traveling from Panama City to Mexico Beach, should use Hwy. 22 east to Hwy. 71 south, and from Mexico Beach to Panama City Hwy. 71 north to Hwy. 22 west.

FBI bars release of autopsy info for Boston bombing suspect’s acquaintance

The FBI has barred a Florida medical examiner from publicly releasing autopsy information that would shed light on the death of 27-year-old Ibragim Todashev, the acquaintance of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarvaev, who was shot at least six times by an FBI agent in his Orlando apartment during a routine interrogation on May 20 earlier this year.

“’The FBI has informed this office that the case is still under active investigation and thus not to release the document,’ Tony Miranda, forensic records coordinator for Orange and Osceola counties in Orlando, said in a letter to the media today,” reports the Boston Globe. According to USA Today, Miranda’s statement cites a Florida statute which bars the release of autopsy reports during criminal investigations. The autopsy was completed July 8 and was reportedly “ready for release.”
CNN reported Todashev was killed “during questioning about a 2011 triple homicide in Waltham, Massachusetts, as well as his relationship with deceased Boston Marathon bombings suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev.”
Two people with direct knowledge of the case told ABC News that Todashev was ready to sign a confession to the 2011 murders, but apparently decided to attack armed officers instead.
Besides claiming that the “violent confrontation was initiated by the individual,” the FBI has yet to release an official explanation regarding Todashev’s murder.
According to an interview with one Todashev’s friends, Todashev may have been wanted for questioning because of a conversation he had had with Tamerlan a month earlier over Skype. The friend also said Todashev had met the older Tsarnaev brother in Boston when he lived there, but “he wasn’t close friends with him, he just happened to know him.”
Prior to the interrogation, Todashev told his friend Khusn Taramiv he felt he would be shot by the FBI. “He felt inside he was going to get shot,” Taramiv said. “I told him, ‘Everything is going to be fine, don’t worry about it.’ He said, ‘I have a really bad feeling.’”
The FBI struggled to get their story straight in the immediate aftermath of the shooting. The narrative of which weapon Todashev used, and the manner in which he supposedly used it, to attack agents changed multiple times, from a knife, to a steel rod, then to a chair, a samurai sword and also a broom stick. Finally law enforcement officials were forced to admit that Todashev was unarmed when he was killed.
Todashev’s father, Abdulbaki Todashev, has maintained his son’s innocence since day one, saying he wasn’t “crazy” and wouldn’t try to attack armed men. After examining autopsy photos of his son’s body sent to him by one of Todashev’s friends, he claims his son was shot “execution style” six times in the torso and once in the back of the head.
“They were torturing the man for eight hours. There was no lawyer, no witnesses, nobody. Until we get the results of the official investigation, we can only guess what was going on there,” Abdulbaki Todashev told CNN. More at infowars.com

While many celebrities tossed their 140 characters of nonsense into the realm of Twitter, rapper Lupe Fiasco revealed the truth regarding how the media used the Trayvon Martin case to further ‘antagonize US race relations’.
Going on to talk about why the case should have never been televised and turned into a media sensation that is now causing so-called ‘protesters’ to go out and destroy private property, Lupe Fiasco is right on point with this one. As a major black artist, Lupe is obviously not ‘racist’ for calling out the mainstream media on their blatant race baiting and spin of the Trayvon Martin case, and neither am I when I point out this same fact. It simply comes down to looking at the way the media spun the entire case, let alone the ruling, in a way that has justifiably led to concerns that public backlash could result in riots or homicides.
And after seeing the slew of Twitter threats from users who said they’d hunt down and kill Zimmerman and others if he was not found guilty, it’s obvious the media has turned this case into a race-driven war.
As I’ve discussed earlier, there is a real level of corruption that threatens black individuals, Hispanic individuals, and white individuals. In fact, it’s the biggest threat we face today: corrupt government that has zero regard for our rights in any capacity. So why are we being tricked into fighting each other based on skin color under the guise of stopping the very same racism? It’s simple, and it comes down to political brainwashing 101.
HUMANITY COMING TOGETHER = REAL CIVIL LIBERTIES VICTORY
If we were all to come together, regardless of skin color, regardless of our so-called ‘political affiliations’, and stand up for our rights and the Constitution — we would assuredly achieve victory against all forms of civil liberties abuse. Against the Patriot Act which allows warrantless wiretapping of US citizens, against the NDAA which allows the indefinite detainment of US citizens, against the DHS-enacted 100 mile ‘border’ where the Constitution does not exist. Against all these real issues.
I agree with Lupe Fiasco, it’s time to reclaim our rights together — don’t let the media divide and conquer us in such a simple manner.

Unbeknownst to victims or their loved ones, HAARP projects ultra-high-powered radio waves. Those waves operate at the same electronic frequency as the truncus encephali, or brain stem, selectively inducing deaths seemingly by natural causes – including by some appearing to coroners as innocuous as strokes or heart attacks.
“When and if the intelligence community doesn’t view outright assassination as an optimal effect,” said Snowden, “‘they’ can simply make a ‘target’ act in an insane fashion, in order to discredit them.

Some Like it Hot - But Not That Hot

I couldn't wait for my Jalapeno peppers to get ready this year, but they finally did.

I decided to have the first one out of the garden with a bowl of chili.

I know it's been a year since I had a homegrown pepper, but how could I have turned into such a lightweight?

That pepper was VERY hot even from the tip end and, of course, only got hotter as you reached the seeds.

I hung my head in shame, Tex could no longer eat Jalapeno peppers like it was nothing.

I went about a week with lowered self-esteem and even considered turning to drugs and alcohol, but hacked it out alone.

Another bunch of peppers was now ready and I decided to give them a try.

Wow, everything was back to normal, I could eat the whole thing, just the right amount of heat.

Then suddenly a flashback, I remembered the lady at the plant farm saying something about the pepper plants that got ready first "These are special Jalapeno plants, they are extremely hot."

"They are a cross between Jalapenos and Ghost peppers." and blah blah something about a Guatemalan insane asylum.

Now my pepper eating self-esteem is back intact, all is well.

Anyway, that's the story of  Mein Kampf (my struggle) somewhere in Oklahoma.

Waking up on the Organ Harvesting Table - Do NOT Become an Organ Donor

A woman named Colleen Burns recently opened her eyes to find herself on an operating table in a hospital in Syracuse, NY. Looking around, she noticed that she was the subject of the operation. It turns out doctors were about to harvest her organs and send them to other waiting surgeons who would transplant them into other patients.

This isn't fiction. It was covered by ABC News and several other news sources. It really happened.

And how did it happen? Doctors falsely pronounced her dead by fraudulently claiming she had suffered "cardiopulmonary arrest" and "irreversible brain damage." This gave them the medical justification to start slicing away even while the woman's heart was still beating.

This is a big "holy crap I didn't know that" fact about organ donations: Doctors don't wait until you're really dead. At least not by any normal definition of "dead."

See, you and I think "dead" means your heart isn't beating, your brain isn't functioning, and you're lifeless. But hospitals -- which happen to generate huge profits from the trade of transplant organs -- have a strong financial incentive to declare you "medically dead" long before you're actually lifeless.

They can, in fact, declare you "dead" even when your heart is still beating and you still have brain activity. And they often do. This is how a lot of the organ harvesting in America actually gets done: patients that are on the verge of death (but not yet actually dead) are simply "declared" dead, then their organs are quickly removed, killing them for good.

It's a crime that takes place every day in America, where U.S. hospitals have been caught over and over again engaging in black market organ trafficking.

(RT)   According to a US Customs and Border Protection report obtained by the Electronic Frontier Foundation through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, the US is leaving the door open to add weapons to its drones patrolling its borders. Currently, customs has eight drones patrolling its northern and southern borders, and it also has two patrolling the Caribbean. Apparently, the US has no intention of slowing or curbing its ever-expanding drone program.

Toronto Police Officer Caught on Tape

In the video, a Toronto officer is telling a homeless woman she needs to leave her current location, but instead of threatening her with arrest, the officer engages in genuinely nice guy behavior and gives her money.
The user that sent us the video says the policeman caught on film is actually his father and had this to say:

“I’m sure the person filming was waiting to get a police brutality video to post on YouTube, but instead he got what needs to be seen more. People should not hate the police, there are some good ones. I believe this video should be seen to show exactly that.”

As police officers often get a bad rap for the misdeeds of their more ego maniacal, sexually deviant, profit-driven partners, it is always a breath of fresh air to report on the instances we come across where a cop actually treats a citizen like a fellow human being.

Seventy-Two Killed Resisting Gun Confiscation In Boston

National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.
Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.
Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.
The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.
Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.
One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”
Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.
During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.
Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.
Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Americans take to streets, Internet to demand feds stop spying on citizens

Americans outraged by the federal government’s spying programs took to the streets on Independence Day for “Restore the Fourth” protests in an estimated 100 American cities, including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, Memphis and Miami, plus international cities such as London and Munich.
The “Restore the Fourth” national protest was named after the Fourth Amendment, which was intended to protect Americans against “unreasonable searches and seizures.”

The NSA’s PRISM online surveillance program was exposed by Edward Snowden only weeks ago. Americans soon learned that at least nine Internet companies reportedly submitted to government surveillance of their servers: Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Facebook, PalTalk, YouTube, Skype, AOL and Apple.
“Restore the Fourth,” initially organized on Reddit, describes itself as “a non-partisan, unaffiliated group of concerned citizens who seek to strengthen the Fourth Amendment with respect to digital surveillance by the U.S. government.”

“The July 4th demonstrations seek to demand an end to the unconstitutional surveillance methods employed by the U.S. government and to ensure that all future government surveillance is constitutional, limited, and clearly defined,” the group explained.
“Restore the Fourth aims to ensure that the will of the people is reflected in the government of the United States of America. This movement intends to bring an end to twelve years of Fourth Amendment abuses, and demonstrate the need for a return to the Constitution. All Americans should stand with them in this cause to protect the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.”

Open Carry March on DC a Success

Former Iraq veteran Adam Kokesh staged an open carry protest in Washington DC today by loading a 12 gauge shotgun near the White House – committing at least four felonies in the process.

“I committed at least four felonies this morning and got it on video,” Kokesh texted.

In June 2008, the Supreme Court affirmed the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in Heller v. District of Columbia, ruling that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to keep and bear arms and that the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 is unconstitutional. However, authorities in DC have largely ignored the ruling and still impose draconian measures on anyone who wants to own a firearm.

Kokesh’s protest stems out of his call for a “new American revolution” that would have involved a march on all 50 state capitols. The former Iraq vet had previously planned to lead an armed march on Washington DC on Independence Day.

Kokesh later revised the plan after he was arrested in May for little more than exercising his First Amendment. “When it comes to this event being executed properly,” Kokesh told the Alex Jones Show, “when the government has already escalated the violent tactics against me personally as an organizer, I can’t in good conscience go forward with a plan that is so centrally dependent and not open source.”

Kokesh is to be saluted for his courage in taking such a bold stance to defend Second Amendment rights.

THE United States has been narrowly saved from lethal terrorist plots in recent years — or so it has seemed. A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.

But all these dramas were facilitated by the F.B.I., whose undercover agents and informers posed as terrorists offering a dummy missile, fake C-4 explosives, a disarmed suicide vest and rudimentary training. Suspects naïvely played their parts until they were arrested.

When an Oregon college student, Mohamed Osman Mohamud, thought of using a car bomb to attack a festive Christmas-tree lighting ceremony in Portland, the F.B.I. provided a van loaded with six 55-gallon drums of “inert material,” harmless blasting caps, a detonator cord and a gallon of diesel fuel to make the van smell flammable. An undercover F.B.I. agent even did the driving, with Mr. Mohamud in the passenger seat. To trigger the bomb the student punched a number into a cellphone and got no boom, only a bust.

This is legal, but is it legitimate? Without the F.B.I., would the culprits commit violence on their own? Is cultivating potential terrorists the best use of the manpower designed to find the real ones? Judging by their official answers, the F.B.I. and the Justice Department are sure of themselves — too sure, perhaps.

Carefully orchestrated sting operations usually hold up in court. Defendants invariably claim entrapment and almost always lose, because the law requires that they show no predisposition to commit the crime, even when induced by government agents. To underscore their predisposition, many suspects are “warned about the seriousness of their plots and given opportunities to back out,” said Dean Boyd, a Justice Department spokesman. But not always, recorded conversations show. Sometimes they are coaxed to continue.
