Children on Drugs?

Should drug testing begin in kindergarten?
Should five year olds that test positive for drugs be incarcerated?
Should special prisons be built to house drug offenders under the age of six?
After how many failed drug tests should five year olds be executed?
Should the constitution be changed to allow the execution of children?
Should special cemeteries be built for children that have been executed?
Should children under six who have tested positive for drugs, but not yet reached the death penalty number of positive drug test, work in these cemeteries?
So, you want a bunch of kids under six and on drugs to operate heavy machinery?
Me too, but only if it is video taped!

H.H.

I just watched King of the Hill. In one scene Hank is studying a road map and then happily announces "Hey we really don't have to go through Oklahoma!"

The Emperor has Been Shot!

DENVER (AP) -- A man carrying a gun and declaring "I am the emperor" was shot and killed Monday outside the offices of Gov. Bill Ritter by a state patrolman, a spokesman said. Ritter was in his office but was not injured.

An unidentified man was shot and killed outside the offices of Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter.

The unidentified man refused orders to drop his gun, spokesman Evan Dreyer said. Four or five shots were heard, but authorities would not say how many times the patrolman fired.

The gunman did not fire his weapon, police spokesman Sonny Jackson said.

Before he was shot by a member of the governor's security detail, the gunman said, "I am the emperor and I'm here to take over state government," Dreyer said.

The shooting occurred about 2 p.m. in a hall outside the governor's offices on the first floor of the Capitol.

Pentagon balked at pleas from officers in field for safer vehicles

In a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates late last month, two U.S. senators said the delays cost the lives of an estimated "621 to 742 Americans" who would have survived explosions had they been in MRAPs, rather than Humvees.

The letter, from Sens. Joseph Biden, D-Del., and Kit Bond, R-Mo., assumed the initial calls for MRAPs came in February 2005, when Marines in Iraq asked the Pentagon for almost 1,200 of the vehicles. USA TODAY found that the first appeals for the MRAP came much earlier.

Meet the Press

jIbM8g/

I was just watching "Meet the Press". I am use to seeing Republicans trying to defend their votes in favor of the occupation of Iraq. But most of the time it seems like they are just trying to be "Good Republicans" and realize that they screwed up voting for the war. But Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is a horse of a different color. He seems to actually believe the Republican rhetoric that he spouts. I'm perplexed, on the one hand I respect him for believing in what he is doing but on the other hand I'm amazed and frankly, a little frightened by his gullibility. Maybe he's just a good actor, look out Hollywood if he ever gets out of politics! I think in his home state of South Carolina a lot of people call him "Goober".

What do Dave Foley, Cingular guy (orange shirt) and Lindsey Goober Graham have in common?
They just remind me of each other, I wonder if they share any of the same DNA?

My Chemical Romance - Teenagers

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE LYRICS

"Teenagers"

They're gonna clean up your looks

With all the lies in the books

To make a citizen out of you

Because they sleep with a gun

And keep an eye on you, son

So they can watch all the things you do

Because the drugs never work

They're gonna give you a smirk

'Cause they got methods of keeping you clean

They're gonna rip up your heads,

Your aspirations to shreds

Another cog in the murder machine

They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me

They could care less as long as someone'll bleed

So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose

Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me

The boys and girls in the clique

The awful names that they stick

You're never gonna fit in much, kid

But if you're troubled and hurt

What you got under your shirt

Will make them pay for the things that they did

They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me

They could care less as long as someone'll bleed

So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose

Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me

Ohhh yeah!

They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me

They could care less as long as someone'll bleed

So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose

Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me

All together now!

Teenagers scare the living shit out of me

They could care less as long as someone'll bleed

So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose

Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me

#1 "We only want kids that are smart enough to beat a drug test to participate in extracurricular activities."

Results of a recent poll taken in The Daily Ardmoreite.
(A newspaper from the heart of the bible belt.)

Should middle and high school students be required to undergo drug testing before participating in extracurricular activities?

Yes (84%) = 793

No (16%) = 151

What are the results of this poll really saying?

#4 "If a kid is thinking about stopping drug use and thinks joining a team or a club might help, we want to slam the door in his face and loudly say
"NO YOU ARE A DRUGGIE!"

#3 "We want our students to get use to the idea that their bodily fluids are not their own and the fact that Big Brother is watching their every move and that constitutional rights don't apply to them or anyone else for that matter."

#2 "We want any student that tests positive for drugs to pursue his/her drug use full time and not be distracted by things like sports or other extracurricular activities."

#1 "We only want kids that are smart enough to beat a drug test to participate in extracurricular activities."

Albino Farm

While on vacation in the Branson/Springfield area we took a tour of the Fantastic Caverns. The tour guide was telling us about the history of the cave, it was a Speakeasy back during the prohibition (of alcohol). Recently, it was used to film part of a movie called "ALBINO FARM". So I looked into it and thought that I would share what I found out.

Get more Albino Farm news

Not only do we have the first ever photo from Sean McEwen's Albino Farm, but we've also added bits of a conversation we had with Jason Barnett, Albino Farm's FX Maestro! Read on for the skinny and watch for more interviews soon. The film follows the plight of four college students who, while exploring the Ozark Mountains for a midterm assignment on rural America, come face to face with a community of cave-dwelling redneck genetic mutations.

Jason Barnett first talked to us a bit about how it ended up working on ALBINO FARM, “Director Sean McEwen initially contacted me a year ago. My company, Industrial Monsters & Props, worked together in developing the look of the creatures, always basing it on a real life deformity or condition.”

Most filmmakers have a specific vision of what they want with their film; Jason tells us Sean was really easy to work with, “I think the term Sean used was "go crazy!" And for about two months, we did. It took hundreds and hundreds of hours to create all of the prosthetics and effects for this show. It got pretty nuts, as we were still casting creatures a week or so before filming started. My crew worked very hard on Albino Farm.”

The creatures created sound pretty damn interesting, especially the ‘Pig-Bitch’, “Our main creature, the Pig-Bitch, has an over-sized head, a 6-inch gap between her eyes and a cleft lip. I'd say that's [going] pretty far.” He also explains how the prop operates, “The make-up consisted of a radio controlled headpiece with an overlapping face appliance and teeth, he explains, “our actress, Bianca Barnett, was in the make-up for upwards of 12 hours. It paid off though, as her part will definitely stand out in the film.”

So just how bloody is ALBINO FARM? Barnett tells us “We brought the blood. End of story.”

Springlawn Farm (Albino Farm)

If you grew up in or around Springfield, Missouri, there's a good chance that you've heard of the "Albino Farm." Stories run rampant about the place. Some people say that an albino caretaker haunts the premises, scaring off would-be trespassers. Others say that it was an underground hospital where experiments were conducted on albinos. I even once heard that it was the home of an albino family that used to spraypaint the lawn bright orange. No, I'm not kidding. In reality, it was a farm called Springlawn with a much different story to tell.

Just Drive

I was forced to drive to Branson Mo. I was told to tail a Mercury, driven by chaotic maniac, if I lost the Mercury things would get very bad, very quickly.
Yellow lights were my worst enemy, he ran yellow, I ran red.
When we were nearly there, our route changed slightly and I was taken to an underground facility.
I was expecting the worst but they just showed me a cave, I managed to snap a pic in there.

The next day I was used as a Ginnie pig in an experiment with a time machine!
It kind of worked, I could tell that I was back in time but there were modern things mixed in.
At the end of the day I was returned to my time "More or less". This is July 2005 isn't it?

Anyway, the next day I was taken to a strange museum that was about to crack in two, with things inside that I could tell you about but I don't know if you would Believe it or Not! BTW, I demanded that they take down their Christmas lights immediately.

The place I stayed was very nice, I think it was owned by a cult that worships fish.
I was told that I was free to go yesterday morning, so I made my way back to Oklahoma.
